The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform www.holidayrentalsinmajorca.com. Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com is an online marketing service of Mediachannel Group, that provides you the use of the platform to announce villas and apartments for rent in Majorca.

Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com provides a website platform for posting content and offers. Rental contracts come to stand exclusively between the offering user (“provider”) and the renting user (“renter”). Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com itself does not provide rental offers. Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com is not a party in the contact concluded between the users on the website

1. Rental Offers

• The provider is responsible that the accommodation he offers is described correctly and completely. In addition, it is up to the provider to request additional conditions, such as a deposit amount, the cost of cleaning, etc.

• It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that his offers are legal and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

• The user is soley responsible for offers and content, such as images, that he provides to Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com for uploading to the website. These may not be injurious to the rights of third parties, in particular, injure personality rights or copyrights of third parties.

• The user exempts Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com from all third party claims on the first request, which are made applicable against Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com on the basis of content, violation of Terms&Conditions or other conduct for which the user is responsible. The liability exemption includes reasonable legal fees and court cost.

2. Reservation price

• The Booking total price (confirmed in the On-line booking process) is the price of the accommodation (announced on the website platform) and 1 € administration fee (avaibook certified member, internet safe payment). The settlement of agreed upon conditions such as a safety deposit or cleaning costs is especified directly by the provider and we inform to the renter during the On-line booking process.

• To confirm your reservation, should pay a nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the reservation price, by a secure platform that you can choose: Pay by credit card through safe internet payment , Pay with PayPal, Pay by bank transfer. The rest of the reservation price must be paid on arrival and before occupying the accommodation. If the rest of the reservation price is not paid at that time, the reservation will be canceled and lost their deposit.

• The ads of Villas and Apartments on the website platform are free. Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com does not charge for listing offers. Should a rental contract be concluded between a provider user and a renter user as result of provable service or brokering, which took place on the website, the provider is to pay Holidayrentalsinmajorca.com a processing fee.

3. Cancel the reservation

• The renter can cancel the reservation before 60 days to start the rental.
• If the renter cancel the reservation after, the deposit paid will be lost.

• If for reasons of force majeure such as natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions) or problems (electricity, water, pool, etc), we are unable to provide the accommodation booked, immediately communicate an alternative holiday in the same category as booked. If not satisfied with the alternative proposal, we will return the deposit paid.

4. Damage to the accommodation

The renter will be responsible for any misconduct that may cause property damage and third parties. Given this situation will be demanded financial compensation for the damage assessment, including legal fees if needed.

6. Child Safety

Make sure children are not at any time without supervision by an adult, especially in the vicinity of balconies, pools, stairs, etc. No compensation may be claimed for this reason.
